I recommend the place. the hotel was a cozy base for enjoying a pretty quiet area. - Not far from a local restaurant, Mount Hakodate, and the airport. - I booked a new-fashioned triple room with an ocean view as well as a great view. - It had healthy food. - Wonderful staff.

I really enjoyed a nice size and brand-new room here.
Had special stay on vacation, the staff were absolutely courteous, location was excellent near to the airport. I was offered a room with fantastic views up to a beautiful sunrise with a sea view. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, the bathroom was amazing. Location: the hotel was just next door to a local restaurant, the beautiful beach, and Hakodate. I didn't want to leave and will certainly stay here again...

We drove to Hakodate and chose to stay at Wakamatsu Hot Spring Resort. The staff were immediately helpful, assisting with our luggage and car. The hotel's exterior and interior were impressive, just like the pictures. Our room was spacious and had smart home components. We loved being able to control the curtains from bed, with a view of the beautiful beach. The room had all the necessary appliances and lovely cups. The onsen, both indoor and outdoor, were a highlight, especially with the snow falling. Highly recommend this authentic Japanese experience.

The staff was polite, nice, attentive, and helpful, making us feel welcomed and taken care of. The Japanese course meals were fantastic, with the lady, Tomoko Garcia, providing friendly and professional service. The chef, Mr. Marita Seigo, prepared unique, impressive, and picturesque dinners, as well as delicious breakfasts. we enjoyed our holiday and would love to come back.

The hotel impressed me with its stunning beachfront location and spacious rooms. The view of the sea from the window was absolutely breathtaking. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it difficult to get out of them in the morning. The hotel also provided a tablet to control the lights and curtains, which was a convenient feature. I loved that it was conveniently located near a local restaurant, despite the lack of English signage or menu. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that my stay was enjoyable.
Nothing, it is perfect.

The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. They provided us with useful information about the area and gave us complementary vouchers for local attractions. The hotel is situated in a peaceful location with lovely views. We appreciated the clean and well-maintained onsen.
The hotel lacked WiFi in the rooms, which was inconvenient. Additionally, despite the website stating that there were English-speaking staff available, we found that communication was difficult at times due to the language barrier.

This traditional Japanese hotel located in a quiet area is a hidden gem. Near to the airport and away from the bustling city, it offers an authentic experience. I stumbled upon a delightful local restaurant nearby which had no English signage or menu. the staff was courteous and attentive, and the service was exceptional. the Kaiseki dinner was a performance of culinary delight. the Japanese bath was well-appointed and from the outside portion one can hear the surf and relax.
The hotel's taxi service was impacted due to maintenance work, leading to inconvenience.
